When they come to you, you see the profiles they use with you, plus your own private notes that nobody else sees. Every visit, wash or repair is saved to the right profile, so your service feels personal and nothing gets missed.
What you can do
Ready for your industry
Pick your industry and the right kind of profile is ready from day one: a patient for a clinic, a pet for a groomer, a car for a valeter or garage, a home for a trade. The basics (a name and date of birth, a reg and colour, an address) are the same everywhere, so customers only enter them once.
Your own private notes
Add the details your business needs (a patient's GP and allergies, a favourite shampoo, an MOT date) as private fields. They stay with your business and are never shown to another business. Health and other sensitive details are never shown to the customer either.
"Me" or someone else
A profile can be for the customer or for someone they look after, such as a child. A clinic can start with "Me", so adding a new patient is one tap, with their name and date of birth taken from their account.
Customers own their profiles
Customers manage their profiles in the app and choose which businesses can use them: "Use Rex here". Nothing is shared with a business unless the customer chooses to share it.
Walk-ins welcome
Add a profile for a customer who doesn't have an account yet. When they sign up, the profile moves into their account, along with its history at your business.
A record of every visit
Save a visit, wash or repair to a profile with the date, who did it, a summary and details such as cost, mileage or parts. Each business keeps its own history for the profiles it looks after.

Questions
- Can another business see my customers' profiles?
- No. You only see the profiles you added or the ones a customer chose to use with you. Your private fields are never shown to any other business.
- Can customers see my notes?
- Only the fields you choose to show them. Sensitive details such as health information are never shown in the app. If a customer wants a copy, they can make a formal data request.
- What gets saved for each visit?
- The date, who did the work, a summary, and details such as cost, mileage or parts. You can also link it to the booking or service it came from.
