Get booked
Fill your diary without ever double-booking
Customers book a free slot and pay by card or from their membership. Every booking follows the same rules.
Request accessSet your working hours once and Perksworth turns them into a live appointment book. Customers only see slots that are really free. They can book with a visit from their membership or pay by card. Bookings that break your rules are blocked: too little notice, too close to another job, or a class that's already full. If someone cancels, the next person on the waitlist is offered the slot, so you don't have to chase it. You get a simple day-by-day calendar with check-in and no-show tracking, and nobody is ever charged for a slot that isn't free.
What you can do
Set your hours, get a live diary
Set the days and times each person works and how long each service takes. Perksworth creates the bookable slots for you and hides anything already booked, so customers only see times you're really free.
Book with a membership or a card
Customers can use a visit or session from their membership, or pay for the booking by card in the app. Prices come from your service list, and a card booking is only made once the payment has gone through.
No double-bookings, no wasted visits
Before anyone is charged or uses up a visit, Perksworth checks the slot is still free. However the booking comes in, nobody pays for a slot that isn't available.
Your booking rules
Choose how much notice you need, how much gap you want between one-to-one jobs, and how late someone can cancel. Late cancellations are flagged, so no-shows stop costing you.
Classes and one-to-ones together
Give a slot a number of places and several people can book it until it's full. Gaps between jobs apply to one-to-one appointments but not to group classes, where people book in together.
A waitlist that fills gaps for you
Customers can join a waitlist for a full slot. When a place frees up, the next person is offered it for a limited time. If they don't take it, it moves on to whoever's next.
Move, cancel, check in or mark a no-show
Move an appointment and Perksworth checks the new time is free and fits your rules. Cancel one and the slot is offered to the waitlist. Check people in when they arrive, or mark a no-show.
Fill my day
See the gaps left in your working day, with travel gaps and job lengths taken into account. Handy for packing a mobile round tightly instead of driving back and forth.
How it works
- 01
Set your availability
Enter your weekly working hours for each person and service, how long each one takes, and how many places a class has. Add your notice, gap and cancellation rules.
- 02
Take bookings
Perksworth shows customers your free slots. They book with a visit from their membership or pay by card, and the same rules always apply.
- 03
Run your day
Work from a simple day calendar. Check people in, mark no-shows, and move or cancel bookings in a tap. Freed slots are offered to the waitlist for you.
- 04
Let the waitlist fill the gap
When a slot frees up, the next person on the waitlist gets first refusal for a limited time. If they don't take it, it goes to the next person.

Questions
- Can it stop me double-booking?
- Yes. Every booking goes through the same check, however it arrives. Whether a customer uses a membership visit or pays by card, Perksworth makes sure the slot is free before anything is charged or held. Booked time is always hidden from what customers can see.
- How does it handle no-shows and late cancellations?
- You choose how much notice you need and how late someone can cancel. Cancellations after that point are flagged as late, and the slot is offered to the next person on the waitlist. You can also mark someone as a no-show.
- Can I run group classes as well as one-to-one appointments?
- Yes, both work together. Give a slot a number of places and it stays bookable until it's full. Gaps between jobs apply to one-to-one appointments but not to group classes.
- How does the waitlist work? Do I have to manage it?
- No, it runs itself. Customers join the waitlist for a full slot. When a place frees up, the next person is offered it for a limited time. If they don't take it, Perksworth moves on to the next person in line.
