Pay and start straight away
Members choose a plan and pay by card in the app. Their perks are ready the moment the payment goes through. If a payment is retried, they're never charged twice.
Automatic renewals
Plans renew from the card saved securely with Stripe. If a payment fails, the membership goes on hold. When a later payment goes through, access comes back on its own.
Members manage their own plans
Members can see their memberships, and cancel, pause or restart them without emailing you. Pausing puts their perks and the next payment on hold. They can also see their visits and credits left, and what they have spent with every business they belong to.
Failed payments sort themselves out
When a card is declined, the membership goes on hold. When the next payment goes through, it's back on. No chasing to keep access in line with who has paid.
See your plans at a glance
See every plan with how many active members it has and how much it brings in each month, whether people pay weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly. You can also look up any customer to see their memberships and recent orders.

- How do members pay?
- By card in the app. The card is saved securely with Stripe and renewals are taken from it automatically.
- What happens when a card is declined?
- The membership goes on hold and the member can't use it until they pay. When the next payment goes through, it switches back on by itself, so you never have to chase payments.
- Do I have to give members their perks myself?
- No. When someone joins a plan, their membership starts and its perks (visits, sessions, credits or allowances) appear in their account the moment they've paid.
- Can members pause or cancel without contacting me?
- Yes. Members can see, pause, restart and cancel their own memberships. Pausing puts their perks and the next payment on hold until they restart.
