Privacy Policy
Last updated 28 October 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Strkk Ltd, provider of the Perksworth product ("Perksworth", "we", "us"), collects, uses, shares and protects personal data, and the rights you have under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. It covers businesses that use our platform and visitors to our websites. Where we process a business’s customer data on that business’s behalf, the business is the controller and we act as processor under our Data Processing Agreement.
1. Who we are
Strkk Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy where we determine how and why it is processed (for example, business account data and website-visitor data). For data protection questions, contact us at perksworth.com/help. Strkk Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13503997), registered office: 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. Strkk Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller, registration number ZC279052.
Where a customer creates a Perksworth account and keeps profiles they share with businesses, Strkk Ltd is responsible for that account and those profiles.
2. Personal data we collect
Account and identity data: name, business name, email address, phone number, and the verification information required by our payment partners.
Profile and form details: details your customers or the businesses they use add to profiles and forms, which can include health information and information about children they look after, and, when a form is signed, the signer’s name, the time and their internet address.
Customers can add profiles for people they look after, including children. We hold these details only for the businesses the customer chooses to use them with.
Some businesses, such as clinics, use Perksworth to keep health information about their customers (for example allergies or a GP’s name). We hold it only on that business’s behalf and only that business can see it. The business is responsible for having a lawful reason to collect it.
Waitlist: if you request access, we keep your email address on our waitlist, run by Strkk Ltd, and use it only to contact you about access to Perksworth.
Transaction and financial data: records of sales, plans, payouts, fees, refunds and chargebacks. Full card numbers and bank details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored by Perksworth.
Usage and device data: log data, IP address, device and browser information, and interactions with the Service, collected to operate, secure and improve the platform.
Communications: the content of messages and support requests you send us.
3. How and why we use it (lawful bases)
To provide the Service and perform our contract with you: creating and administering your account, processing payments and payouts, and providing support (Article 6(1)(b), performance of a contract).
For our legitimate interests: securing and improving the Service, preventing fraud and abuse, and business analytics, balanced against your rights (Article 6(1)(f)).
Also for our legitimate interests: finding and fixing faults. When something goes wrong, our apps, websites and servers send an error or crash report to Sentry, with personal details removed before it leaves (Article 6(1)(f)).
To comply with legal obligations: anti-money-laundering, tax, accounting and other regulatory requirements (Article 6(1)(c)).
With your consent: non-essential cookies, including Google cookies that measure visits to our website and the ads that led to them and help Google personalise our ads, and optional marketing communications, all of which you can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a)).
4. Payment data
Card details are collected and processed by our payment partner Stripe under its own PCI-DSS-compliant security and privacy standards. Perksworth receives transaction metadata (such as amount, status and a token) but does not receive or store full card numbers. Please also review Stripe’s privacy policy.
5. Sharing your data
We share personal data with sub-processors that help us run the Service; for example, payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting, email delivery, error monitoring, website analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads); under contracts that require appropriate protection. Our current list of sub-processors is published at perksworth.com/legal/sub-processors.
We may also share data where required by law or regulation, to enforce our terms, to prevent fraud or harm, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described here, including to provide the Service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations (for example, transaction records are typically retained for at least six years). When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8. Your rights
Subject to conditions in law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at perksworth.com/help.
If your request concerns data we process on a business’s behalf (as processor), we will direct you to, or work with, that business as the controller.
You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we would welcome the chance to address your concerns first.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures; including encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring; to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
10. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Our website loads Google’s tag for Google Analytics and Google Ads. Until you choose, and if you decline, it sets no cookies and sends Google only cookieless signals with no identifier. If you accept, Google sets its cookies and may use the data to measure and personalise our ads. You can change your choice at any time on the Cookie Policy page.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "last updated" date above. For any privacy question or request, contact us at perksworth.com/help.
