This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out activities and content that are not permitted on the Perksworth platform. It forms part of your agreement with us; breaching it may lead to suspension or termination. It also reflects requirements imposed by our payment partners.

1. Prohibited activity

You must not use the Service to break the law or to facilitate anyone else doing so. Prohibited activity includes fraud, money laundering, financing terrorism, evading sanctions, and processing payments that you are not authorised to process.

You must not sell illegal goods or services, infringe intellectual property or other rights, distribute malware, harvest data without authorisation, or engage in deceptive, abusive or harmful conduct toward your customers or others.

2. Restricted and prohibited businesses

Some categories are restricted or prohibited by our payment partners, including (without limitation) regulated financial services, adult content, weapons, illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia, gambling where unlicensed, counterfeit goods, and certain high-risk or high-chargeback sectors.

If your business falls into a restricted category we may require additional information, impose conditions, or decline to provide the Service. We will tell you if your business is affected.

3. Technical abuse

You must not interfere with or disrupt the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe or test the vulnerability of any system without permission, circumvent rate limits or authentication, reverse engineer the software, or use the Service to send spam.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and, where necessary to protect customers, our payment partners or the platform, remove content, suspend features, hold funds, or suspend or close accounts. Where practicable we will give notice, but we may act immediately where risk or law requires.
