Keep customers close
Talk to every customer from one inbox, and never leave them waiting
A two-way inbox for your business, with auto-replies, saved answers, and email when customers are not in the app.
Request accessEvery customer gets one conversation with your business, and you get a shared inbox with unread counts, quick replies and auto-replies that answer the moment a message arrives. Bookings and payments pop into the chat as cards you can tap, so you can see what's going on without switching screens. If a customer isn't looking at the app, your reply is sent to their email too, so "did you get my message?" becomes a thing of the past. You run it all from inside Perksworth, out on a job or at the desk, with no separate messaging app.
What you can do
One private conversation per customer
Each customer has a single conversation with your business. Both sides sign in, and Perksworth always checks who sent each message, so nobody can pretend to be someone else.
A shared inbox with unread counts
See every conversation in one list, with unread counts on each one and a total for the lot. Filter by open, closed or archived so nothing gets buried. When you read a message, the customer can see you've read it.
Bookings and payments appear in the chat
When a customer books, an 'Appointment booked' card appears in their conversation. If they move it, the card shows the old and new times. When they pay, a 'Payment received' card appears too, so the diary and the money sit right next to the conversation.
Saved replies in one tap
Turn the questions you answer twenty times a week (prices, directions, availability) into saved replies you send with one tap. Each team member can save their own, and you can keep shared ones for the whole business.
Auto-replies that work while you do
Set up replies that are sent when a message contains a certain word, or for every message. You choose which comes first, switch each one on or off, and set quiet hours. Customers get an instant answer even when you're mid-job.
Opening-hours greetings and away messages
Set your weekly opening hours. A customer's first message gets a greeting during opening hours and an away message outside them. It won't keep repeating and fill up the conversation.
Replies reach them by email too
Your reply goes to the app and by email. If an email can't be delivered, the message in the app still gets through.
Set it up your way
Choose how you want to be contacted, whether customers can start conversations, your saved replies, your opening hours and your auto-reply wording. Customers only ever see their own conversation with you, and can't tell whether anyone else's exists.
How it works
- 01
Choose how you want to be contacted
Pick how customers can reach you, decide whether they can start conversations, and set your opening hours. No developer needed.
- 02
Write your saved replies and auto-replies
Add saved answers for the questions you get most, set up auto-replies with quiet hours, and write a greeting and an away message for your opening hours.
- 03
Customers message, the details come with it
Each customer has one conversation with you. Bookings, changes and payments appear as cards you can tap, so you always reply with the full picture.
- 04
Reply once, reach them anywhere
Reply from the shared inbox and it goes to the app and by email. Auto-replies cover you when you're away, and unread counts keep the team on top of things.

Questions
- Do customers need a separate app to message me?
- No. Customers message you inside Perksworth and you reply from your shared inbox. If they're not looking at the app, your reply reaches them by email too, so you don't need a separate messaging tool.
- What happens to messages that come in after hours?
- You set your weekly opening hours. During opening hours, a customer's first message gets an instant greeting. Outside them, they get your away message, which won't keep repeating. You can also set up auto-replies for common questions, with their own quiet hours.
- Can a customer ever see another customer's conversation?
- No. Each customer only ever sees their own conversation with you. They can't even tell whether anyone else's conversation exists.
- If an email doesn't send, does the app message still get through?
- Yes. An email failing never stops the message in the app. The conversation keeps working either way.
- Do bookings and payments really show up in the chat by themselves?
- Yes. When a customer books, moves a booking or pays, a card you can tap appears in their conversation, including the old and new times when a booking moves.
