Get paid

Every paid job gets its invoice, without you lifting a finger

Numbered invoices with tax the moment you get paid, plus clear records of our fees, matched to what landed in your bank.

Request access

The moment a customer pays, a properly numbered invoice with tax is created and ready to download as a PDF. No spreadsheet, no typing up paperwork, no chasing yourself. Our fees are on a monthly statement with the tax shown and matched to the payout that lands in your bank. You end up with a clear record of every sale and every fee.

What you can do

Created when you get paid

An invoice or receipt is created the moment an order is paid, listing exactly what the customer bought.

Numbers that never skip or clash

Invoices are numbered in order for each business each year (INV-2026-000123, FEE-2026-07). Even if two orders are paid at the same moment, they never get the same number, and there are no gaps.

PDFs whenever you need them

Download a clean PDF of any invoice showing who it's from and to, your tax number, what was bought, the tax and the total, plus the dates it covers. It's created fresh each time, so it's always up to date.

All your invoices in one place

See every invoice for your business, newest first, and filter by customer receipts or our fee invoices, paid or unpaid. Ready to check or hand to your accountant.

Customers get their own receipts

Customers can see and download their own receipts when they sign in, so you stop getting 'can you resend my receipt?' messages.

A monthly statement of our fees, tax done right

Our fee is worked out from what you actually took, after refunds, with the tax split out to the penny. It matches your payout exactly.

Clear records of our fees

Our monthly fee statements sit next to your customer receipts, with the dates, the tax and the matching payout, so you can check every charge.

Marked paid when the money moves

A fee invoice is only marked as paid once the matching payout has actually gone through, and its reference is saved with it.

Never billed twice

The same month can never be invoiced twice, and no order is ever counted twice, even if something is retried.

Keep your takings private

Only owners, admins and staff you allow can see revenue figures. Each business only ever sees its own numbers.

How it works

  1. 01

    Customer pays, invoice appears

The moment an order is paid, a numbered invoice with tax is created from what they bought, with a PDF ready to download. Nothing for you to do.

  2. 02

Fees are tracked as you go

Through the month, our fee on your takings is recorded after any refunds, so the amount is always the real figure, not a guess.

  3. 03

Your monthly statement of our fee

Once a month, your fee invoice is created with the tax split out correctly for that month.

  4. 04

    Payment lands, invoice marked paid

When the matching payout goes through, the fee invoice is marked as paid and linked to it. Everything matches up on its own.

Best for

  • Home and mobile services (cleaning, valeting, trades)
  • Appointment businesses (salons, clinics, studios)
  • Tax-registered service businesses
  • Businesses with several locations that need receipts for each one

Questions

Are the invoices right for tax?
Yes. Each invoice shows who it's from and to, your tax number, what was bought, and the subtotal, tax and total. Our fees have the tax split out to the penny, so the figures match your payout exactly.
Do I have to create invoices myself?
No. An invoice is created automatically the moment an order is paid. There's nothing for you to do.
Will the numbering ever skip or clash?
No. Numbers run in order for each business each year, with no gaps. Even if two orders are paid at the same moment, they never get the same number.
How are your fees matched to my payouts?
Your monthly statement of our fee shows the dates it covers and the tax. When the matching payout goes through, the invoice is marked as paid and linked to it, so every charge ties back to real money.
Can my staff see revenue figures?
Only if you let them. Owners and admins can always see revenue, and you choose which other staff can. Nobody can see another business's numbers.
